Searching the Directory

    You can search the directory of medical or professional staff members by
    following these steps:

1. Click the link to Search the Directory. The search criteria fields are displayed.

2. Enter search criteria into any of the following fields that may be displayed.

    Last Name Enter the last name or first few letters of the last name of the medical or
    professional staff member.

    First Name Enter the first name or first few letters of the first name of the medical or
    professional staff member.

    Organization If there is more than one organization, select the organization to which the
    medical or professional staff member has privileges from the drop-down list.

    Specialty From the drop-down list, select the medical or professional staff memberís
    specialty.

    Language From the drop-down list, select a language in which the medical or professional
    staff member is fluent.

    Practice Name Enter the first few letters of the practice associated with the medical staff
    member.

    City Enter the first few letters of the city associated with the practice.

    Gender Preference From the drop-down list, select the medical or professional staff
    memberís specialty.

    Affiliation Name Enter the first few letters of any affiliations of the medical or professional
    staff member.

3. Click the button to Submit Query. The Name, Specialty, Organization, and Office Location of the provider or professional staff who met the criteria you entered are displayed.

4. Click the provider or staff memberís name to display details such as primary and secondary office locations, office phone numbers, hospital location, specialties, affiliations, and education and training.

5. You can click the Map it buttons to display the office locations.

6. Click the Back to Results button to display the previous page.
